About Michael

When Michael first embarked on his fitness journey, he was far from the picture of health. His life revolved around his family and career, interspersed with social outings with friends and family meals. Unfortunately, his nutrition was abysmal, and a lack of physical activity left him feeling tired and weak all the time. Realizing the need for change, he immersed himself in a new lifestyle and never looked back. Michael spent five years in the golf industry, coaching children, which ignited his passion for pursuing a career in health and fitness. He understands the challenges and obstacles along the way and is committed to being a personal guide at every step of the journey.

Michael knows how difficult it is to take the first step towards a healthy lifestyle, and he values nothing more than helping others discover the benefits of resistance training. He believes that fitness doesn’t look the same on everyone; not everyone has the same body type, metabolism, dietary needs, or health restrictions. Through body type-specific training and a balanced diet, Michael utilizes these factors to help clients quickly and effectively reach their fitness goals. His experience working with people of different abilities and goals has taught him that success means understanding one’s capacity and expectations. For Michael, fitness is a journey, not a race, and he is here to support every step of the way.
