    Program Terms & Conditions
    1. Child-Specific Registration: Program sessions are non-transferable and specific to the enrolled child only.
    2. Missed Individual Sessions: Individual sessions missed by an athlete cannot be rescheduled or replaced.
    3. Class Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel an entire class session for the team.
    4. Rescheduling Classes: If a team class is rebooked or rescheduled, the session is not lost but carried forward to the adjusted schedule.
    5. Make-Up Opportunities: Individual athletes who miss team practice sessions will have the opportunity to attend up to two make-up team metabolic cross-training sessions.
    6. Commitment to Participation: Athletes are expected to attend sessions consistently to maximize performance and development.
