A blend of endurance and strength, Team Training Classes are a non competitive, but challenging workout where you constantly improve your endurance and see results week after week. Our coaches motivate, encourage and praise every move you make.

Team Training workouts use bodyweight exercises as well as strange, unusual and fun accessories that will increase your lean muscle mass and burn unwanted fat while improving metabolism and endurance!
