About Sohina

From a young age, fitness and athletics have always been a huge part of Sohina’s life. Growing up, she competed in soccer, tennis, and volleyball throughout high school, where she developed a deep passion for movement, performance, discipline, and the incredible capabilities of the human body. At just 15 years old, she discovered weight training and instantly fell in love with the confidence, resilience, and strength it built — both physically and mentally.

That passion ultimately led her to pursue a degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, where she deepened her understanding of human movement, biomechanics, behavior, and long-term health optimization. Through years of training herself and coaching others, Sohina developed a strong passion for corrective exercise, rehabilitation, and functional movement after overcoming injuries personally and witnessing how pain and physical limitations affect everyday life.

Over the years, Sohina has worked with a wide variety of clients, including postpartum women rebuilding strength and confidence, individuals focused on fat loss and muscle development, and older adults striving to remain active, mobile, and independent for years to come. Her coaching philosophy centers around helping clients move better, feel stronger, reduce pain, and build sustainable habits that support both performance and longevity.

Today, Sohina is continuing her education at CMCC (Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College), where she is combining her extensive fitness background with advanced studies in chiropractic care, rehabilitation, spinal health, posture, and functional movement mechanics. Her unique approach blends strength training, mobility work, corrective exercise, and education to help clients not only transform physically, but truly understand their bodies.

Sohina believes that movement is medicine and that strength is one of the greatest investments a person can make in themselves. Her sessions are designed to leave clients feeling motivated, educated, inspired, and empowered — while improving posture, movement quality, spine hygiene, confidence, and overall physical capability.

Whether your goal is fat loss, strength development, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or simply feeling better in your own body, Sohina’s mission is to help you become stronger, more resilient, and fully capable of conquering life both inside and outside the gym.

Questionaire

What do you say to the person who’s afraid to begin exercising?
The hardest part is often just getting started. You don’t need to be fit before you begin—exercise is the tool that helps you get there. Start small, focus on consistency over perfection, and remember that movement should make your life better, not feel like a punishment.

Favorite Exercise?
Romanian dead lifts

Least Favourite Exercise
Pushups

What do you do when you’re not whipping people into shape?
When I’m not coaching clients, I’m studying to become a chiropractor, staying active myself, spending time with family and friends, and continuing to learn about movement, rehabilitation, and longevity.

Who do you look up to?
I look up to healthcare and fitness professionals who empower people to take control of their health through movement and education. I admire individuals who lead by example, stay curious, and focus on helping others improve their quality of life

Guilty Indulgence?
Pizza

If you were a superhero who would it be & why?
I’d be Wonder Woman. She’s strong, resilient, compassionate, and uses her abilities to help others become their best selves. To me, true strength isn’t just physical—it’s having the ability to lift others up, support them through challenges, and inspire confidence.

Your secret to success?
Consistency. Big results don’t come from one perfect workout or one perfect day—they come from showing up repeatedly, even when motivation isn’t there. My goal is always progress, not perfection.
